Terms and Conditions
Delivery and lead times.
We charge £5.00 delivery on all orders under £50.00.
We aim to dispatch your order on the day or subsequent working day after we receive your order. We will notify you by e-mail (where supplied) of despatch of goods or if goods are delayed. We send our orders by Post Office Standard Parcels to UK mainland destinations, which aim to deliver in 3 to 5 days. Please allow seven working days for delivery of your items. Any goods received damaged must be notified to us as soon as possible and no later than eight days of the order being placed.
Please contact us if you want goods delivered outside the UK mainland for our delivery charges.
Out of Stock Items
We will make all efforts to ensure stock is available and the website gives correct information. If the item ordered is out of stock, we will inform you and either send the items when it becomes available with free delivery or refund the whole order. We will hold the order until you let us know which you prefer.
Product descriptions and measurements.
We endeavour to make our descriptions as accurate as possible.
Many of our products are hand crafted and each piece is unique. Therefore there will be natural variations in the colour, finish, weight and dimensions.
As part of our environmental policy we reuse packaging materials, taking all reasonable steps to protect the products sent to you. We send the goods out in reusable jiffy bags. Jiffy padded bags are 75% recycled, the padding which puffs up in transit, is made from shredded newspapers. The bags are burst resistant and offer maximum protection for fragile items.
Returns
We hope that you will be delighted with the products supplied. However, should any item disappoint you in any way, simply call us on 01264 333805 or write to us within 14 days of receipt of goods to arrange for a full refund or exchange.
Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you ask your post office for a proof of posting (free of charge). The cost of returning the goods must be paid for by the customer. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Payment.
For our online sales, payments are processed on a secure server Paypal which accept a range of debit, credit cards and Paypal payments. Your card details are processed by Paypal and are never seen by us.
You may also e-mail (or post) us with your order and we will e-mail (or post) back an invoice. You may pay by cheque, but goods will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared, or e-mail us your card details which we will process for you through Paypal virtual terminal.
We endeavour to follow our ethical policy and be as transparent as possible but accept no legal responsibility if we break our policies, but please bring to our attention if you think we have or if we could operate more ethically.
Personal Information.
Information is stored on our computer in order to enable delivery of goods to you, and to inform you of our products and services. This information is not shared with anyone and only kept no longer than is necessary for the above reasons.
We do not send unsolicited e-mails. We have an opt-in service to our newsletter at our checkout. All our newsletters and e-mails have an unsubscribe option.
